Brian: With over 30 years of experience working at Fosters and 40 years of total industry experience, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our team. Previous to HVAC/Refrigeration, Brian was a printing press mechanic. Brian loves to camp and has been competing in off-road racing since 1970.
Barry: Born and raised in Victoria, Barry has been with Fosters for two years and is our most recent graduate of the apprenticeship program. Congratulations! Barry loves waterskiing, summer and mountain sports.
Clayton: Clayton recently moved from Calgary and joined our team. Clayton is a journeyman and has been in the industry for 10 years. Clayton likes to snowboard, mountain bike and play golf.
Chris: One of our most experienced technicians, Chris aspired to work in the refrigeration trade because of the diverse and challenging nature of the work. Chris has been with Foster Heating & Cooling since 2004 and embraces new challenges. Chris enjoys hiking, camping and biking on our beautiful island.
Dain: Dain has been in the industry for over 12 years and has been with Fosters for 5 years. Dain was a cook prior to becoming a refrigeration technician and enjoys woodwork and spending time with his growing family.
Daniel: Daniel started his apprenticeship in refrigeration May 2013 and has been a member of the Foster family since April 2017. Daniel’s background includes several years working as a military reserve. Daniel lives in the Westshore with his wife and two sons.
Deepak: After doing a lot of research and looking into several other trades, Deepak decided over 5 years ago that refrigeration suited him best. Deepak’s love of problem solving and working with his hands, combined with his friendly disposition and attention to detail make his love of the trade apparent. Deepak enjoys playing sports, hiking, camping and going to the gym. Deepak has lived in Victoria for over 4 years and enjoys every minute of it.
Dylan L.: One of our most recently hired apprentices, Dylan was born and raised on Vancouver Island and completed his pre-employment program to enter the trade at Vancouver Island University in 2017. Dylan is a hard-working team player who loves to learn and is keen to always do his best work. Dylan likes the outdoors and is recently engaged. Congratulations!
Dylan S.: Dylan wanted to do something physical with a problem-solving aspect so he made the transition from retail into the refrigeration trade over 5 years ago. Dylan has lived in the area for over 5 years and enjoys motorcycles and playing/listening to music.
