Luckily our problem happened in the summer. It was a long wait for parts. Would have been not good if this happened now with the cooler temperatures now.

I specifically asked when I made the appointment if they would send the necessary filter. On the appointment day - no filter. Now I am to find, and install, the correct filter sometime in the next few months when I expected it to be done during the service.
