Our team has Government Trade Qualification Certificate training, covering all of the latest equipment, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Fosters have introduced measures to keep our employees safe, serve our customers with the highest standards and do our part to slow community spread of the virus.
We are allowing our technicians to complete work orders without a customer signature, in order to avoid customer touching the in-field tablets. Further to this we will be avoiding direct contact/touching with people and will be not be allowing visitors into the office.
As the situation changes each day, we’ve also implemented guidelines for future escalation plans. This includes sharing best practices on avoiding large groups, and comprehensive options for office staff to work remotely.
All Fosters workers have access to hand sanitizer, gloves and anti-bacterial wipes, and have been given guidance to help be extra vigilant and adopt best practice hygiene measures. Staff feeling unwell are urged to seek medical advice and self-isolate.
As government guidance evolves, Fosters will follow protocol to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
