This was the first annual maintenance on the heat pump and not all the necessary information recorded. Received excellent service. On time (a rarity), Very Professional (Quick, Conscientious by making a special trip to pick up an uncommon filter size so that the heat pump filter could be changed) and respectful (have had tradespeople walk in with street shoes on off white carpeting). I am another happy customer!
